Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Minimum Requirements
2 years of customer service experience or healthcare administration Ability to manage calls FULL TRAINING PROVIDED Responsibilities
Confer with customers by telephone, email, or SMS messaging to provide information about products or services, cancel accounts, or upgrade accounts Assist with processing of pharmacy orders, process payments, refunds, or exchanges Inform customers of deals and promotions, answer questions about warranties and terms of sale Call insurances to obtain patient PBM coverage information Accurate data entry into system Document collection and storage Contact doctor offices to collect and request prescriptions, authorizations, clinical notes, and lab results Run pharmacy test claims and communicate copays to the patient Answer phones and provide customer service Keep workspace and common pharmacy areas clean Maintain patient confidentiality and function within the guidelines of HIPAA Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM Compensation:
