About this role:

The Retail Store Associate will play a critical role in the overall fan experience at RFK’s Team Store and Museum. Key areas of focus include: merchandise sales, order fulfillment, fan engagement, company apparel. This position reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Open, set up, operate and close the museum and team store
• Gatekeeper for all activity through the corporate office
• Create positive first impression for guests entering corporate office, greet fans, answer race-related or regional questions
• Oversee sales activity in retail store and RFKshop.com through Shopify software including order fulfillment, inventory, product replenishment, etc.
• Provide monthly/weekly store reports; including tracking of payments received via PayPal and Shopify
• Coordinate with Social Media Coordinator to optimize sales outreach and fan engagement via RFKshop.com
• Assist with on-site events including but not limited to set-up and breakdown
• Responsible for corporate and competition shop apparel orders and fulfillment via Sharepoint
• Support Licensing Manager with tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly and motivated
• Retail experience and familiarity of Shopify software preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Versed in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of the NASCAR industry is a plus
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
• Available 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday, 8am-12:30pm Friday and special events as needed
