Key Responsibilities- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and trends.

- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate findings and influence business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
- Design and implement data collection methodologies for better accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity through regular auditing and cleansing processes.
- Provide support in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data management processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging analytical tools.
- Assist in the implementation of advanced data analysis techniques.
- Work with IT to ensure effective data storage and retrieval systems.
- Present analytical findings to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Train and assist team members in data analysis tools and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear manner.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with machine learning principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance related to data privacy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
