You will oversee the design, build, test, and deployment of key solutions and also be managing internal SMEs and BTS processes while interacting with different teams on both a national and global level. This is a new role in the business for someone with prior experience and the ability to implement & design high-quality business intelligence and advanced analytics solutions aligning with business strategies.Key responsibilities:Ensure data quality, accuracy, and auditabilityProvide training and support to an SME Network on Power BI and analyticsDefine support processes for delivered projectsDevelop high standard solutions documentation and define support processesAs the solution matures, implement predictive systems to enhance decision-making and performanceChampion the Power BI Centre of Excellence, providing mentorship and direction to team members within ADM and SMEsDevelop and support learning solutions to grow the expertise of the centre of excellence and the broader CFS Community of PracticeLead the business intelligence and data analytics development roadmap within the Advanced Digital Manufacturing teamQualifications What you will need:Relevant 3rd level qualification in Engineering, Analytics, or Computer Science3+ years prior experience in a data analytics or business intelligence roleExperience in digital technology/process implementations, visualization tools, and robotic process automationAbility to liaise with multiple high functional teamsProven track record of driving projects and programs to successful completion in matrix organizationsProficient in OLTP/OLAP data structures, Tableau, Power BI or Power platform capabilities, SQL Query, HIVE QL, and statistical methodsBasic knowledge of Python or RAdditional Information AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community, and embracing diversity and inclusion.
