This position is hybrid based out of our New London, CT office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
The primary focus of the Data Reporting Quality Analyst is to identify issues with existing data feeds coming into Data Manager. These issues can include missing or late data, abnormal fluctuations in volume reported, and inaccurate data reporting among other things. The data analyst will identify the issues proactively, determine the cause when possible, pass the information off to the appropriate team for resolution, and communicate the issue to stakeholders.
Your impact:
- Regular review of volume trends by Distributor, Customer Group and Data Source
- Assigned tickets within the Missing Data JIRA
- Assigned tickets within the Data Integrity JIRA
- Communication with Business Intelligence teams, Client Managers, and management regarding Data issues, scope, and expected resolution
- Research ad-hoc data concerns from management
About you:
- Comfortable with evolving technology
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to quickly shift priorities as needed
- Can work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Efficiency minded
- Strong organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Inquisitive
- Excellent pattern recognition and attention-to-detail skills
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience
- Experience working with large data sets
- Basic training or experience with SQL queries a plus
