Job Description
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. Additionally, this person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports and visualizations that drive business insights and help customers grow their networks.
Objectives:
- Helping customers grow their business by identifying new opportunities
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
- Follow best practices for data mining, analysis, and visualization
- Work directly with managers and customers to gather requirements, develop solutions, and build relationships
- Identify detailed movements of people and cargo in various geographics throughout the world
- Develop methodologies for identifying parcels of land that can be used for next-gen transportation opportunities
- Responding to customer RFIs.
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis with data from multiple sources.
- Seek out sources of data.
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations using data from multiple data sources.
- Makes recommendations for change or modification to strategy.
- Contribute to the development of various solutions, including whitepapers, demonstrations, proposals, and other internally developed products used to identify, qualify, and capture new business.
- Work with engineering to develop cost and performance models of the Electra aircraft for use by internal and external customers.
- Participate in working sessions with customers to assist them in understanding the Electra product.
- Participate in trade shows and other industry events as needed.

- Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
- Ability to develop mathematical models simulating customer use cases and operating networks.
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
- A strong work ethic and ability to independently meet and lead the areas described in the responsibilities and essential functions.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt well to change.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
- 6+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and expertise mining data as a data analyst
- Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
- Strong programming experience with frameworks
- Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Technical Master’s degree or higher preferred.
- Demonstrated breadth of knowledge of the current electric aircraft industry.
- A US Person (Citizen or Green Card) is preferred.
- Licensed Pilot (FAA, EASA, PPL, CPL, etc.)
Travel: About 10%, Domestic & International Travel
Salary Range-
Electra’s overall salary range for this position is: $81,250.00 – $181,250.00
Our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum range for the Company level overall across all locations & projects and do not necessarily reflect the budgeted amount for this position. Individual pay depends on additional factors, including project budgets, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, role, level, location, and project.

Working Conditions
Work is typically performed in a warehouse/aviation and office environment, which requires proper safety precautions. Work may require some physical effort in handling light materials, boxes, power tools, prototypes, and different materials or equipment. Due to the nature of our business and projects, some fieldwork may be required, working in both indoor and outdoor conditions. You may need to lift up to 50 lbs.
