Job Title: Business Data Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC 28269, Duration: 12 Months plus Pay Range: $30/hr-$35/hr on W2 (DOE) Description: Performs routine business analysis using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining. Research best practices and supports developing the solutions and recommendations for the current business operations. May work with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirements. May provide business data interpretation. Additionally, may assist in developing or implementing systems to capture business operation information Job Specific Requirements Role will be looking a data within SFDC/SMVX and S4 to clean up discrepancies. Additional role specifications will be discussed with HM during the interview The first area of focus will be the service contract portfolio specifically looking at: Contract Line Item deviations between SFDC vs S4 causing renewal issues Service Contract Sync Errors follow-up Contract Header Date Variances Renewal Contract Pricing is incorrect due to data information not updated properly Monitor the PM standard hours review before renewals with the Zones Ops Managers This will then be spanned to other data clean-up areas as needed in service orders and service projects.
