A skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau and data visualization is needed to support the Designer Selection Board (DSB) in creating and optimizing data insights, dashboards, and reporting tools. The role emphasizes collaboration, integration of data from multiple sources, and effective training to enable long-term team independence.

1. Tableau Setup & Configuration

• Install and configure Tableau Desktop.
• Integrate Tableau with data warehouses, Excel, and other sources.

2. Dashboard & Report Development

• Design interactive, user-centric dashboards.
• Use advanced data visualization techniques to ensure clarity and accessibility.

3. Data Integration & Automation

• Automate data connections for accurate, up-to-date dashboards.

4. Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Provide hands-on training and guidance to the team.
• Empower team members to independently manage Tableau.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Present dashboards and solutions to ensure alignment with goals.

6. Documentation

• Create detailed guides and troubleshooting resources.

• Interactive Tableau dashboards customized for stakeholders.
• Comprehensive documentation for dashboard creation and maintenance.
• Training sessions and knowledge-sharing for sustainable Tableau use.

• 5+ years of Tableau experience with strong data visualization expertise.
• Proven ability to integrate data from diverse sources.
• Experience training and supporting non-technical users.
• Ability to design accessible and user-friendly dashboards.
