We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven insights in the supply chain and food industry. This role is key for producing actionable, visually compelling reports that inform decision-making across our organization. With MRP training provided and room for career advancement, this position offers growth potential for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Storytelling and Visualization: Produce digestible, visually impactful reporting that supports business decisions and enhances visual management across teams.
- Quarterly Leadership Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for senior leadership, presenting clear data insights and narratives that align with company goals.
- Data Collection and Insights: Capture, store, and analyze statistical data to build compelling narratives around completed improvements and open opportunities.
- MRP Monitoring: Oversee daily Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities, flagging, and addressing disruptions as they arise.
- Knowledge Base Development: Compile and maintain a user-friendly knowledge base for MRP and supply chain workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and project managers to define, track, and report key metrics that measure solution effectiveness.
- Support Organizational Data Literacy: Help improve data literacy across the company, establishing standards for data-driven decisions.
- Project Management: Manage data-related projects from concept to delivery, ensuring milestones are met effectively.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Take on additional, unplanned analysis tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills required; basic knowledge of data systems or languages (SQL, Python) and data visualization tools is a plus.
- Data Storytelling: Strong data visualization and storytelling skills to clearly communicate insights.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, with a proactive, customer-centric approach to help meet organizational goals.
- Problem Solving: Enthusiastic about technical problem-solving with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
