Job Description
A global financial services company is seeking a Data Analyst in their Tax group for their office in San Antonio, TX.
Duration: 1-year
Location: San Antonio, TX
• Analyze, review and validate moderate to complex tax data (W9 and W8-BEN, W8-BEN-E, W8-IMY, W8-EXP and W8-ECI)
• Accurately process data for customer’s tax profiles on various client systems including account level systems
• Verify that modifications in data are fed to various systems
• Update tracking mechanisms to ensure data capture
• Learn and use multiple, complex databases and systems in a relatively short timeframe
• Perform User Acceptance Testing in systems as needed
• Strong client focus and relationship-building skills across lines of business and levels
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in high-pressure environment
• Ability to make independent ‘client-centric’ and judgment decisions
• Recognize and appropriately escalate issues and discrepancies
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
