Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels, including website analytics, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising.
Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing, ensuring efficient data ingestion and integration from diverse sources.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and implement tracking plans in Adobe Launch for various marketing initiatives.
Configure Adobe Launch rules, data elements, and extensions to enable effective data collection and tracking.
Monitor and troubleshoot Adobe Launch implementations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Conduct in-depth analysis of streaming data, user behavior, conversion rates, customer journeys, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for website and campaign optimizations based on real-time data analysis and emerging trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement data-driven strategies and improve overall digital performance.
Stay updated with Adobe Launch features, emerging data streaming technologies, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements to existing analytics infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a digital analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing digital marketing data.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
In-depth understanding of Kafka architecture, concepts like topics, partitions, brokers, and experience with Kafka connectors and streaming APIs.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager.
Proficiency in configuring Adobe Launch rules, data elements, and extensions.
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement.
