Position Title: Enrollment Data Analyst
Location: Oxnard, California
Pay Rate: $ 36 – 48 / hour
Contract Duration: 4 Months

Position Summary

  • Eligibility and Revenue Management:
    • Monitor daily department operations, including workflows, turnaround times, production, and staffing, to meet business planning and budget guidelines.
    • Compile and analyze monthly enrollment data, delivering schedules to departments such as Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Provider Contracting.
    • Conduct eligibility reconciliations to ensure exceptions and rejected data are addressed and updated.
    • Request and implement necessary programming changes for eligibility management software.
  • Client Provider Payments:
    • Obtain revenue files, calculate, and prepare provider payments in line with contract requirements and timelines.
    • Generate standard reports to detect anomalies affecting revenue capture, investigating and addressing discrepancies to ensure correct payments.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    • Report regularly to management, effectively communicating results, challenges, and solutions.
    • Respond promptly to requests from other departments regarding eligibility and revenue functions.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • 2+ years’ experience in eligibility and capitation management.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with revenue and accounting functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Visual Basic or MS SQL.
  • Knowledge of eligibility/insurance verification and managed care administration.
