HE ROLE:

As Principal Product Manager - I, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our products, taking ownership of the product lifecycle from inception to delivery. As Lead Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, gather customer insights, and make data-driven decisions to craft the product roadmap.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Gather and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market insights to drive product innovation and improvement.

Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Translate customer requirements into actionable product features and specifications.

Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Define and supervise key product performance metrics, demonstrating data to advise decision-making.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to build seamless and intuitive user experiences.

Drive go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with other product teams, making key decisions to resolve conflicts across the products in a large portfolio.

Identify and supervise KPIs of projects pre and post-production and report the findings.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, data analysts and functional team members; proven track record to provide the voice of the customer.

Solid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and standard processes.

Strong critical thinking skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Good understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work with Engineering teams.

Ability to lead requirements gathering, story mapping, and running requirements workshops with strategic stakeholders.

Ability to influence and align relevant stakeholders.

Experience:

4+ years of work experience working on Product or Program management, product marketing, business development or technology (overall 5 years of experience in product/business-oriented role).

2+ years of people management experience (if required in some cases based on the need as an exception).

2+ years working experience in Scrum and Agile SDLC models.

Experience writing and managing user stories with product management tools like Jira/AzureDevOps.

Understanding of enterprise and consumer technology concepts including client/server languages and architectures, Digital Asset and Content Management systems, ERP systems, CRM, SCM, Database, cloud architectures, web and mobile application development, transactional and non-transactional database concepts, etc.

Experience in managing complex software product lifecycles, from concept to launch.

Education:

Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent.

Preferred:

MBA.
