Analyst, Finance Process and Data Improvement
The Analyst, Finance Process and Data Improvement is responsible for managing key business processes that directly impact TireHub’s financial performance. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing transactional processing and ensuring high-quality data to support accurate financial reporting. With a primary focus on the order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management cycles, the Analyst will work across departments to lead efforts that streamline, simplify, and improve TireHub’s interactions with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proficiency in financial systems, and a proactive approach to process improvement and compliance.
This role reports to the Manager, Business Process and Data Improvement.

Role Specifics:
· Leads and participates in projects to identify and implement improvements to financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to enhance business process and financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
· Provides inputs to the design of business process and assist with implementing and monitoring future state process. This will include helping to document standard operating procedures (SOPs), assisting with the creation of reports and other tools for stakeholders to execute their roles and responsibilities within the business. Help ensure compliance with TireHub SOPs, prescribed business process, company policy, and internal controls.
· Serves as the liaison and communicator between the Accounting and IT Departments and business partners to ensure all transactions are accurately and promptly captured for financial reporting. Facilitates clear communication among cross-functional stakeholders to gather the necessary information, ensuring date requirements are met for complete and accurate transactions.
· Monitors and facilitates the correction of transactional errors, including troubleshooting system and process issues that result in inaccurate or incomplete transactions.
· Assists the Accounting Department with critical data and reporting required to reconcile general ledger accounts completely and accurately.
· Provides guidance to business stakeholders on adherence to policy. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Engages with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving
TireHub’s objectives.
· Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.
· Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures.
· Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated 3-5 years’ experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is preferred.

Work Environment:
· This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
· Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
· Must be able to work flexible hours during routinely critical times to support the department.
This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
