Data Analyst- Business Intelligence Job at Permian Resources , LLC in Midland

Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Data Analyst reporting to the Sr. Director of Data & Analytics in Midland, Texas. This position will be responsible for the below responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. General Responsibilities Integrated member of the Data & Analytics Team responsible for providing data visualization support to all the business teams at Permian Resources Help optimize, update, and maintain a variety of Spotfire reports/dashboards Analyze datasets to help with KPIs, benchmarking and finding business improvements Meet and work with the business teams to help with reports, dashboards, and other analytics projects. Create and manage corporate BI projects Train the user community on our BI tools Deploy required data queries and models to help with business user needs Experience in communicating, knowledge sharing and presenting analytic findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Minimum Qualifications Proven oil and gas experience with Spotfire and/or PowerBI BS/BA in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or other similar languages Experience visualizing & presenting data for stakeholders Great problem solving and analytical skills Must be self-motivated and capable of independently integrating within multi-disciplinary teams Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Permian Resource is an equal opportunity employer.
