The Senior Data Analyst will help create value through machine learning and AI, assist in reporting through our various data products, and work with data engineers to ensure smooth data flows to end users. This role is based out of our Eden Prairie, MN head office within our hybrid environment that has team members come into the office 3 days a week. Duties and Responsibilities: Forecasting, modeling, and generative AI via our citizen data science platform Ownership and upkeep of data products, including web analytics, fraud detection, and generative AI tools Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs Build and refine dashboards and visualizations that allow stakeholders to access insights and track KPIs Own end user relationships and assist with data quality and troubleshooting Required Qualifications: Experience in BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker Knowledge of SQL 3+ Years Analytics and Reporting experience A strong acumen for data storage, usage, and analysis Proven experience translating complex data into simple, actionable insights for business stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Machine Learning and AI technology Experience utilizing web analytics tool sets including but not limited to Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Looker administration and LookML authoring Experience with Tealium AudienceStream and EventStream Growth mindset and willingness to try new methods, platforms, and technologies Experience in a Redshift or Databricks environment Forecasting and Machine Learning via Dataiku Physical Requirements: This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, working with a computer and other work-related equipment for up to 9 hours per day. Additionally, tasks may include occasional lifting of documents up to 10 pounds.
