Job Description:

This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing system solutions, producing data mappings between systems, and ensuring the seamless integration of new SaaS platforms with our existing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

System Analysis and Design:

·& & & & & & & Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

·& & & & & & & Design system specifications and models that meet business requirements.

·& & & & & & & Develop and document technical designs, workflows, and process diagrams.

·& & & & & & & Assess the impact of proposed changes on existing systems and processes.

Data Mapping and Integration:

·& & & & & & & Produce data mappings between systems and interfaces as we switch from legacy, custom-developed solutions to SaaS-based platforms.

·& & & & & & & Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.

·& & & & & & & Develop and implement data migration strategies when necessary.

Collaboration and Implementation:

·& & & & & & & Work closely with software developers and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of system designs.

·& & & & & & & Provide technical guidance and support during the development phase.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

·& & & & & & & Partner with QA to develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure systems meet specifications and function correctly.

Documentation and Reporting:

·& & & & & & & Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, configurations, and procedures.

·& & & & & & & Document changes and updates to systems for future reference.

·& & & & & & & Provide insights and recommendations for system improvements.

Qualifications:

·& & & & & & & Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·& & & & & & & 5+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation.

·& & & & & & & Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and software development methodologies.

·& & & & & & & Experience with data mapping and integration between systems, particularly in transitioning from legacy solutions to SaaS platforms.

·& & & & & & & Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and design effective solutions.

·& & & & & & & Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document technical information.

·& & & & & & & Attention to detail and precision in documenting requirements, designs, and testing procedures.

·& & & & & & & Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions.

·& & & & & & & Knowledge of business process modeling and BPM tools.

·& & & & & & & Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
