Project Scope:
- This group oversees all clinical research across Optum Health at a national level
- This team focuses specifically on data analytics, will be more health economics focused
- 7 new high profile projects just given to them, with the volume of work they need more headcount
- Contract to hire - if they do well on these projects, they will get more work assigned to them and these consultants could go full time to help support

Team Size Breakdown:
- Principal data scientist and 2 other data analysts, +& director of data analytics
&
High-Level Individual Duties:
- Data analysis of claims and EHR/EMR data
- Programming using SAS (standard and Macros)
- Advanced SQL programming
&
Must-Haves (Concepts Tools):
- SAS Programming experience
- Macros experience needed
- Will be using PROC SQL
- Strong SQL programming skills- complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers tables
- Healthcare claims data experience is needed
- Would be great if they've worked on EHR/EMR data and understand ICD - 10 codes
