MicroHealth is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support the National Capital Region (NCR) Medical Devices Integration and Logistics (MDILS) contract. MicroHealth will support the Medical Device System Security (MDSS) PMO for the NCR Directorate of Defense Health Agency (DHA), specifically Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) and Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC). This includes logistics program management support and MHS GENESIS medical equipment integration. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and remote, with site visits required when necessary. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays or closures due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or other Government-directed facility closings.

Security Clearance Required: Secret

Reports to:
The Junior Data Analyst will report to the contract program manager for daily task operations and leadership.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide hardware and infrastructure analysis support
    • Identify actions and assumptions
    • Document and submit findings
    • Conduct client onsite Ground Truthing
      • Infrastructure validation
      • Support integration efforts of multiple entities
    • Support Property Book Officer’s (PBO)
      • Conduct Checks and Balances by:
        • Propose standardization of Property Book process
        • Verify equipment is entered correctly
  • Attend integrator meetings such as WAVE implementation meeting and Clinical, Functional, and Solution meetings.
  • Develop checklists to support the Military Treatment Facilities entering data in VECTOR SharePoint site.
  • Collaborate with MEDLOG to obtain information about MTF logistics activities.
  • Conduct life cycle analysis of all NCR medical devices such as medical device standardization.
  • Track MTF medical devices procurement activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Must meet DoD 8570 requirements
Education:
  • Four-year college degree in a related field
Salary: 
  • $65,000.00-$70,000.00
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee may lift or move objects up to 5 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
