The candidate must have strong analytical skills to further develop our data capture system and be well versed in root cause analysis. This position will support the Production Control team's data management and analysis activities. Primarily focusing on the development and management of Production Control data along with KPI's pertaining to Material Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Control.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:Support the Production Control leaders to develop and implement strategies.Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.Visualize data with graphs, infographics and other methods.Run and monitor reports to flag material and capacity constraints.Establish, maintain, and communicate KPI's.Structure large data sets to find usable information.Must be able to maintain a high level of organization throughout all daily activities. To include, but not limited to, documentation of all verbal and written correspondence with others (internal and external), proper filing of such information, planning and scheduling of appointments and the coordination of such with others within the department and/or company, time management and the prioritization of tasks.Must be courteous and professional to others (internal and external). Must maintain a "customer service" attitude toward plant, supervisory, and management personnel to ensure that our ultimate customer receives the highest level of service.
