Job Description
Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director and CCC Compliance Reports Supervisor, the CCC Data Prep Coordinator/Analyst will be responsible for generating health plan data on a routine and ad hoc basis, for completion of reporting requirements per IPA/Health Plan and will provide analyses of data for compliance purposes. In addition, the CCC Data Prep Coordinator/Analyst will be the SME in the development, implementation and analysis of data automation and integration projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepares and submits all IPA/Health Plan Case management and Inpatient reports on a routine, ad hoc and/or as needed basis interdepartmentally and to external clients.
· Reviews and analyzes IPA/Health plan reporting data for compliance. Provides feedback to the CCC Compliance Reports Supervisor of any trends, discrepancies, or other findings as it relates to compliance requirements.
· Generates data universes for audits
· Participates as the SME and takes the lead in the development, implementation and analysis of data automation and integration projects
· Analyzes monthly back up data to identify discrepancies and communicates those to the appropriate TMs for correction in EZCap.
· Participates in other assignments as required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred or related work experience
· Two or more years’ experience in healthcare related field/Reporting and Data Analysis
· Computer Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Experience with EZCap preferred
· Basic math calculation skills
