Responsibilities:
• Develop financial statements and reports for distribution across the business
• Support the preparation of materials for senior leadership, including the CEO and CFO
• Analyze data, business systems, and processes to drive business process and system improvements
• Support daily banking and treasury activities as required
• Prepare and review account reconciliations
• Process monthly journal entries as needed
• Develop and maintain budget templates for the annual budgetary process and periodic financial forecasting
• Prepare monthly consolidations, including consolidated balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
• Review and analyze financial statements using advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including a strong understanding of Excel Formulas• Ability to analyze financial statements effectively
• Familiarity with financial statement preparation and interpretation
• Experience in creating and managing annual operating budgets
• Track record of working with approved budgets
• Proficient in budget administration tasks
• Solid understanding of budget management principles
• Experience in developing and managing annual budgets
• Skills in budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on financial forecasts
• Knowledge of balance sheet analysis and management
• Ability to interpret and analyze income statements
• Experience with account reconciliation processes
