Business Finance Analyst

In the Business Finance Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by auditing all areas of the finance operations to discover inefficiencies and recommending improvements to the business model.
REMOTE POSITION - Some travel required
Supporting the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Idaho, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming
Salary: $90,000 Annually
- Understand the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s financial situation
- Get feedback/comments on alternative business process and act upon them
- Stay up-to-date with developments in relevant software in the field Identify the areas for improvements and business issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar. Master's degree preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- 2-3 years of related experience in accounting finance and/or analysis
- Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, curious and able to analyze into information quickly
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Iserve, Smartsheet, Sales Force, Dayforce, Zycus experience a plus
- Travel as needed
