What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a driven individual wanting to advance their finance career as an FP&A Manager on the Corporate FP&A team! This role will lead financial reporting consolidations and partner with G&A senior leaders. They will work closely with the FP&A team to scale processes, reduce the rate of effort, and drive self-serve reporting for management.

Your impact

Manage the annual operating plan, month-end reporting, forecast consolidations, long-range strategic planning, and board reporting process.

Develop business narrative and variance analysis for internal stakeholders to discuss results, identify risks and opportunities, and drive accountability.

Collaborate with team members across FP&A & Accounting to ensure accurate, timely financial close and reporting.

Manage company-level forecast assumptions and business drivers.

Support and partner closely with G&A functions such as Legal and IT.

Develop new processes or improve existing processes relating to financial planning and reporting, and drive changes cross-functionally.

Ability to guide and mentor other analysts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

8+ years of Corporate Finance or FP&A experience at a global technology company.

Expert in using financial tools such as Anaplan and Tableau.

Prior Corporate FP&A experience is a plus.

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Expert analytical and financial modeling skills.

Strong presentation and writing skills, ability to present ideas and recommendations to executives.

Self-starter mentality; proactive about how they can contribute to the team, develop business partnerships, and come fully prepared to meetings.

Strong communication, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in straightforward language.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $125,000 - $157,000.

The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc. Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
