Role: Production Support Data Analyst with P&C Domain (Mandatory) Location: Onshore - Day 1 Onsite Hybrid (3 Days/ Week) Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Colorado Springs, CO; Conshohocken, PA; Dallas, TX; Fargo, ND; Florham Park, NJ; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, IL; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS Duration: Long term Rate: Market Team: Data and Business Intelligence Role Summary: The Production Support Data Analyst is a hands-on position with a focus on supporting the data accuracy and completeness within the enterprise data warehouse. The position will work within IT to help Client maintain the enterprise data warehouse architecture. Furthermore, the data warehouse architecture will measure performance in all aspects of the organization's operations. Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and resolve data issues for the enterprise data warehouse. Create source-to-target mapping documents to capture additional application data elements. Load the source-to-target mapping documents from source systems into the enterprise data warehouse. Collaborate with the ETL team to ensure the source-to-target mapping documents are in correct ETL code. Ensure the ETL code align with STM requirements. Perform data validation, to insure correct data movement into the enterprise data warehouse architecture. Consult with reporting teams to develop a general understanding for any identified variances - between the enterprise data warehouse and source system applications. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Proven 5+ years' experience of data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse. Possess 2 years of Policy & Claims Insurance subject-matter expertise. Candidate has advanced level SQL knowledge. Possess optimal knowledge for concepts and frameworks for Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI Architectures. Candidate is capable of creating and tuning Semantic layer Reporting Views. Able to facilitate data discovery sessions, which will include an audience of business subject-matter experts. Proven knowledge of RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, DB2), with experience in generating DDL. Possess knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI & SAP FS-CD applications with their data is considered a plus. General Qualifications: Candidate has strong interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication skills. Possess the ability to work as part of a team. Candidate has strong organizational skills and analysis skills. Education: B.S. Degree in Computer Information Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
