We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Analyst in the manufacturing industry based in Waukesha, Wisconsin. As a Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for handling tasks related to 1099 forms, collaborating with various teams to ensure proper communication of these forms, and using specific software and tools for data extraction and report generation.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage 1099 forms diligently and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams for the distribution and communication of 1099 forms.
• Extract necessary data from SAP and utilize 1099 Pro software for form processing.
• Generate comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel for internal audits.
• Keep abreast of annual tax changes and apply them appropriately in the work process.
• Contribute to internal communication efforts to ensure transparency and understanding of tax-related processes.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions as required.• Proficient in using 1099 Pro Software for tax processing tasks.
• Experience in preparing and filing Form 1099.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Excellent internal communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments.
• Experience with SAP for financial and tax management.
• Ability to manage and complete annual tax processes efficiently and accurately.
