Job Description
Sparks Group in partnership with a financial services company is seeking a Business Analyst. As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for requirement gathering with both customers and internal teams to share requirements and guidance to the technical team. You will then monitor and validate progress to implementation. This role is supporting a specific team that provides platforms for the organization’s digital infrastructure integral to the company’s success. The ideal candidate will have a 5 years’ experience in analytics and systems development, experience with JIRA and the Agile development process as well as knowledge of payment industry and financial fraud.
Responsibilities:
- Define system requirements, analyze data formats, and develop API specifications for Fraud detection and Case Management systems.
- Analyze business needs and develop functional specifications for Case Management, including workflow, notifications, and standards.
- Perform rigorous QA throughout the SDLC, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Determine and develop user requirements for maximum usability and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collaborate on analysis, documentation, and communication.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minium of 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA
- Experience with Agile development process
- Knowledge with Payment industry and Financial Fraud
