Financial Analyst Job at Robert Half in San Ramon

We are a growing privately-owned distribution company who services brand-name retailers. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to guide and support our financial decisions by providing strategic analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, interpret, and review financial information
• Predict future financial trends
• Report to management and stakeholders, and advising on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
• Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Develop long-term business plans based on these reports
• Review, monitor, and manage budgets
• Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk
• Analyze and interpret financial market trends

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 1+ years work experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial planning software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stick to time constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
