Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an Information Program Analyst to join the Team!
The Program Analyst will be in support of submarine Imaging, Electronic Warfare, Communication, Antennas, and Special Projects Systems which includes acquisition program management, in-service management, financial/budgetary planning and execution, and internal information technology and information assurance processes and procedures.
Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate asset orders with command POCs, perform asset management and reporting for all program deployed assets, and reconcile assets using the NET.
- Process Move, Add, Change (MAC) submissions on new and existing program assets, track open MAC requests, and facilitate MAC completion using MAC system tools in NET.
- Compile program cost and technical data from NET, analyze data for current and future requirements, and summarize data and analysis in a report to address GFI request.
- Provide life-cycle management for Code 34 NMCI software in NET including analysis of license expiration dates, and submission of a MAC requests for license renewal and changes.
- Coordinate with command NMCI POCs to make sure assets and peripherals are available, validate scheduling, and perform asset reconciliation upon completion of asset replacement.
- Perform issue resolution.
- Provide Code 34 users with NMCI related IT training on enterprise systems.
- Deliver Technical Reports Analysis and Recommendations
- Demonstrated experience with Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Enterprise Tool (NET) hardware and software asset ordering and tracking.
- Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
