POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly technically proficient and motivated resource to support a critical Program for the upkeep and maintenance of tower infrastructure for critical voice communications.
On this long-term project, the program analysts will analyze, evaluate, and improve critical operations, procedures, and processes that support the company’s overall mission. As a Program Analyst, you will tackle a wide range of responsibilities, from working on short-term special projects to evaluating and managing long-term programs. Program Analysts are ultimately responsible for developing, evaluating, and revising programs to meet the organization’s goals.
The ideal candidate works well with people and has a keen attention to detail. This person must enjoy doing research and be capable of evaluating critical feedback. Writing, analytical, project planning/management and automated systems skills are important.
As a Program Analyst, you will be tasked with…
- Supporting the development of technical strategic plans and requirements analysis, with federal
government experience - Develop reports, memoranda, or other documentation as appropriate
- Review reports and present projects status and results to leadership
- Provide analysis, reviews, and technical assistance on new or unusually complex technical issues
- Working closely with the contractor Project Manager
- Obtaining estimates and coordinating repairs with 3rd party vendors
- Assisting in the planning and execution of site remediation efforts
- Submitting complete vetting documentation from vendors to CBP prior to any on-site activities
- Reviews program/project expenditures and publishes reports when requested
- Quality control on all program/project close-out reports
- Ticket creation and ticket closeout in CBP ticketing systems (i.e., TRIRIGA/ServiceNow)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, Management Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple databases and software systems.
- Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- You must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation as a condition of employment
- Implement and maintain access control lists (ACLs) and group policies in Active Directory, leveraging LDAP and ADSI tools, enhancing system security and user accessibility.
- Execute periodic access certification and privilege audits to ensure adherence to role-based access control (RBAC) standards.
- Carried out effective measures, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Administered user provisioning, access modification, and SSO debugging to maintain secure access control and system integrity.
- Employed a proactive approach to monitoring network traffic and conducting a thorough analysis of system logs, swiftly investigating and effectively resolving security incidents to uphold a high level of protection.
- Actively participated in interdepartmental collaboration to design and implement effective security policies and procedures, leading to heightened adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
