LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: Accounting Analyst in San Diego

LHH is partnering with a large service organization to hire an Accounting Analyst for a contract opportunity in downtown San Diego, CA. The role will be a hybrid position working 3 days onsite, after a training period. This company has a great culture and the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects.

 

Job Duties:

• Prepare and audit invoices to be sent out to clients in a timely manner

• Perform analysis on invoices using Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy of data

• Identify any variances and resolve issues as they arise

• Work cross-functionally with other groups to ensure invoicing is sent out timely

• Provide updates and answer all client questions in a timely manner

• Assist with process improvement and testing new systems

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred – relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

• Minimum of 1 year of similar experience

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs experience)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

• Strong organizational skills and time management skills

Pay Details: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour
