ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Insurance Plan Setup and Compliance:
    -Collaborate with Insurance and Managed Care teams to review new plans and configure and maintain insurance plans and benefits within the company's POS system.
    -Partner with Category, Insurance and Managed Care teams to review and audit sales activity against plan setups to ensure adherence to compliance standards and accuracy.
    -Proactively identify areas of opportunity or improvement from both an IT side within system set ups, as well as general business standard operating processes.
  • Product and Catalog Management:
    -Oversee the full cycle of product catalog, including product setup, catalog auditing, and maintenance of the product catalog in both frontend POS and backend systems.
    -Work with wholesale teams to ensure data requirements are met for new product, existing product and where necessary, order integration.
    -Assist in the deployment of product launch materials to support successful launches including the consolidation of any documentation for providers, new product/expiring product communications, as well as client materials if needed.
    -Work proactively with the Category team to identify and implement enhancements to inventory processes.
    -Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Category to resolve various inventory issues and tasks as needed including but not limited to system order errors, reconciliations.
  • Product Inquiry Resolutions:
    -Resolve any product addition requests and exceptions in a timely manner working with Field leadership for approvals and Insurance teams to understand plan restrictions.
    -Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce the volume of inquiries.
  • Various Ad Hoc Requests as needed:
    -Support the Director of Category management and Pricing Analyst in performing product performance analysis to help inform business decisions.
    -Handle invoice and cost price reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong Analytical skills, product deployment, Data analysis, problem solving, logical reasoning, attention to detail, understanding corporate ecosystem and cross functional impacts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Excel: Intermediate level of excel formula's, ability create and manipulate pivot tables, general presentation and conditional formatting.
  • Experience with insurance benefit structures, product catalog maintenance, or similar revenue operations.
  • Experience with POS systems and backend accounting systems and workflows.
  • Experience with categorizing, and standardizing sku naming conventions and related.
    Solid understanding of the sales funnel, product and pricing strategies.
  • 3-5 years' Experience (experience in roles related with Insurance Operations, Finance/Accounting, or Business Analyst roles)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + 5% bonus
