As our Scheduling Advisor, you will be the primary scheduling expert/resource for project managers of major capital improvement projects for campus energy systems and new business development related to new partnerships with universities or commercial and industrial entities. These energy systems encompass the production and distribution of electricity, chilled water, heating hot water, and steam, along with the distribution of natural gas. Every day you will support our Major Capital Projects team by delivering accurate and comprehensive schedules, setting standards, and defining the processes used to monitor, update, and analyze schedules to enable successful development and execution. For business development projects or acquisitions, this role will coordinate with the Major Projects team composed of contracts managers, project managers, engineering, and project management office. For projects at existing partnerships, this role will liaise with the other members of the Capital Projects Team (contracts team, project management team, and engineering team) including, but not limited to, Georgetown University in Washington, DC, Iowa University in Iowa City, IA, and Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. You will report to the Vice President of Major Capital Projects & IPOS. What You’ll Bring You possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technical discipline, construction management, or a related field. You have a minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in project scheduling; 3 years of experience with Primavera P6. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for project scheduling, assisting Program/Project Managers with analysis and critique of schedules provided by Contractors, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and other contracted parties; include third party provided schedule information in the project schedules to develop integrated master project schedule, from conceptual design, through detailed design, procurement, construction, and start-up/commissioning project stages. You will advise Program/Project Managers to understand all project tasks, task durations, and predecessor/successor relationships; support in development of standard sub-schedules as appropriate for groups of activities, such as commissioning. You have experience developing comprehensive project schedules for utility and power generation projects, including key milestones, definition of critical path activities, key interfaces with Operations & Maintenance and interfaces with other projects, accounting for any Client restrictions. You will develop and maintain project milestones template(s) for various project sizes to support business development and major capital project opportunities. Develop and maintain project status dashboards to alert teams to potential schedule deviations. You will track historical key performance metrics of past projects and develop lessons learned repository; and drive improvements within the organization to build best in class schedule management function. You will standardize the schedule activities and milestones to align with our contracting strategy and utilize our existing and procure platforms to establish executive reports. You will review third party schedules for accuracy and gaps, and challenge third party assumptions, and support contracts team through claims process through analysis and review of schedules and activities. You will test contractor’s assumptions, or perform staffing density checks or staffing limitation checks to validate schedule durations and ensures resource-leveling supports the project strategy. Likewise, test assumptions/utilize project cost estimates to resource load project schedules. You will prepare and present project schedule reports to the VP of Major Capital Projects & IPOS and other senior management. This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy. Must be available to travel domestically up to 20% of the time. Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies. Other duties assigned related to position. Compensation Salary Range:

$112,000 – $172,500 USD annually. This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
