LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a financial services company in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill a Financial Analyst position!

The Financial Analyst is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, assisting with budget and close processes, and assisting with information requests by management and for auditing purposes. This role reports directly to the Assistant Controller and is an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.

• Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations, and assist with monthly close processes.

• Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.

• Maintain relevant documentation.

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Meet processing and reporting deadlines.

• Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP.

• Assist the Controller and Accounting Department as needed.

Required Skills & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or CPA eligible preferred.

• 1+ years of experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of GAAP.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

• Ability to respond to, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining standards of completeness and accuracy.
