Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a well-established organization that is looking to add a Financial Analyst to the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part growing team, where you will be responsible for financial management and planning in line with company policies and contract requirements. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and validating project costs, as well as identifying financial risks

• Assisting in the reconciliation of contracts for revenue recognition, funding, percentage completion, and customer billings

• Conducting budget variance analysis and Budget Baseline analysis

• Participating in project cost review meetings

• Preparing adhoc reports and performing analysis

• Providing daily support to the program office, including presenting project financial status and addressing financial concerns

• Conducting monthly/quarterly program forecast reviews and sales forecasting

• Supporting financial audits as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• The successful candidate must demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial and budgetary principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
