Summary: The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial analysis support to various levels of management, including branch management and corporate management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support for various levels of the organization.
- Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual versus budget variances.
- Provide financial analysis support for various levels of management. (Branch Managers and Corporate Management)
- Develop ad hoc reports, special studies and financial analysis which drive the behavior of the business.

- Bachelor’s degree in areas of Accounting and Finance or related field of study or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 1-year financial analysis experience or equivalent education
- Strong analytical ability with a high degree of accuracy required
- A solid, demonstrated understanding of GAAP accounting required.
- Willingness to learn the operational side of the APM organization.
Skills:
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents and writes routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers/vendors or other employees.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required.
