Exciting Opportunity: Compensation & Total Rewards Analyst

Are you a compensation expert with a passion for analyzing, innovating, and driving impactful HR strategies? Our client is seeking a Manager of Compensation & Total Rewards to lead and elevate their compensation programs, ensuring they align with industry standards while supporting their mission to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to support compensation programs, including job classification, salary determinations, and survey completion.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, advising management on total rewards strategies, department reorganizations, and job descriptions.
  • Lead projects related to total rewards, process improvements, and innovative HR solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Compensation Analysts and HR staff, shaping a high-performing team.
  • Serve as a backup for the section head, contributing to leadership continuity and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years as a compensation professional (required); healthcare industry experience (preferred).
  • Certifications: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), PHR (Professional in Human Resources), or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Performs complex analyses supporting the compensation program, including job classification, increase processing, salary determinations, survey completion, the development and processing of total rewards, and other related projects.
  • Acts as a consultant to management on compensation and total rewards-related issues.
  • May advise management on job description preparation and department reorganizations.
  • Provide functional direction and guidance to Compensation Analyst/s and other HR staff.
  • Conduct other special projects as assigned.
  • Acts as backup to section head as needed.
