Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. This role focuses on developing corporate reporting, performing debt analysis, and creating insights through advanced data modeling. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Excel modeling, Argus Enterprise, and Power BI, collaborating across departments to deliver strategic insights and support lender and investor reporting. This is a key opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst with a background in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Argus Enterprise models and produce lender reporting packages.

Conduct debt coverage analysis, coordinate lender approvals, and measure portfolio KPIs.

Use Power BI to develop dashboards and reports; maintain internal databases.

Assist in preparing property budgets, investor updates, and presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in finance, real estate, or economics, with a strong academic record or equivalent experience.

Expertise in advanced Excel modeling; proficiency in Argus Enterprise.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving persistence.

Experience in commercial real estate; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
