LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively supporting a client of ours in Auburn Hills in their search for a Payroll Analyst. Our client is a large national company that is seeking to add to their team immediately. This is a direct hire, fully on-site position. Seeking someone who loves a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can bring a positive can do attitude.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Union payroll, ideally within a construction environment

• Payroll for 1000+ employees

• Canadian payroll

• Preparation of payroll reports

• Maintain all payroll records

• Ensure payroll processes comply with company codes and industry standards

• Conduct audits

• Research discrepancies and the accuracy of complex transactions

• Payroll overtime and straight time corrections

• Reconciliations

• Analyze payroll processes for efficiencies

• Employee support for payroll questions

• Process layoffs, garnishments, etc.

• Process payroll taxes through ADP

• Set up the different payroll codes

• Accounts Payable experience would be a plus

 

Specifics:

• Direct Hire

• Fully onsite

• Compensation between $70-80k

• Full Benefits
