Job Description
Title: Credit Analyst
Location: Itasca, IL
Compensation: $27-29/hour dependent on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Recommend and establish credit limits and terms in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and update credit files to reflect current customer financial standings.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and addressing overdue payments.
- Conduct collection calls, send follow-up emails, and manage all communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
- Research and resolve disputed items, deductions, and chargebacks in collaboration with the billing and customer service teams.
- Prepare regular reports on receivables, aging, credit risk, and collections activity to management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 +years of experience in Credit/Collections
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis, bill of lading, D&B, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
