Job Responsibilities:

• Recommend and establish credit limits and terms in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain and update credit files to reflect current customer financial standings.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and addressing overdue payments.
• Conduct collection calls, send follow-up emails, and manage all communication with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve disputed items, deductions, and chargebacks in collaboration with the billing and customer service teams.
• Prepare regular reports on receivables, aging, credit risk, and collections activity to management.

Requirements:

• 3-5 +years of experience in Credit/Collections
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis, bill of lading, D&B, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
