We are looking for a proactive, independent project analyst with excellent organizational and analytical skills. Preferred expertise in utilities and construction.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting multiple project managers with oversight to approximately 10-15 projects at any given time.
  • Provide administrative field support to the Project Managers and Planners, and assistance as needed in support of job walks, bid walks, pre-construction meetings, planning meetings, workload assessments and engineering job walks.
  • Single point of contact for Project Contracts within a region as directed by Contractor.
  • Provide support with customer projects.
  • Able to track multiple projects and follow up with stakeholders to obtain project status.
  • Responsible for creating meeting agendas, meeting minutes, project presentations and tracking action items.
  • Ensure all project documentation is archived and organized in respective SharePoint folders.
  • Develop new processes as needed.
  • Support project management with cost, budget and scheduling activities including tracking and updating of risk management
  • Create reports as needed

Experience
  • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Utility and Construction experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience using various software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio
  • Experience creating and editing and analyzing complex reports, graphs, and presentations, converting information from one software to another, using advanced software/system functions and generating nonstandard reports from business applications and databases
  • Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects concurrently in a team environment with minimum supervision.
  • Experience developing, supporting and making presentations to department and business unit management, customers, and other interested parties.
  • Experience acting as key resource or Contractor to department and division management, customers, and client organization on specific project, program, functional, or strategic issues with moderate to broad impact where subject matter expertise goes beyond established procedures and practices and requires analysis and decision making.
  • Demonstrated skills preparing analysis and recommendations based on information from internal and external sources. Working with other professionals and managers to organize and present multiple analyses in a unified structured format.
  • Able to creates and maintain records, logs, documents, files, or databases for use in monitoring, tracking, and trending program/project costs, resources, schedules, and status for management
  • Experience issuing Preq's, Request for Proposal documentation (RFP's), invoices, field change orders, internal change orders, accruals and scorecards
  • Able to reviews and update reports, documents or correspondence and analyze and draw conclusions on complex data and information after considering alternatives through independent research and analysis
