The Opportunity at Hand

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our team. Someone with strong communication skills that's comfortable in a fast paced environment.

Our Expectations of You

• Develop and maintain key performance indicators for all locations, ensuring locations and management receive communication on where and how to implement improvements
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly sales forecast and annual budget
• Support the development & delivery of daily and monthly reporting, providing analysis of results
• Create dashboards with live KPI tracking for operations, marketing, and senior management

What You'll Need to Succeed

• You have a Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting
• You have 1-3 years of FP&A experience
• You have advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of BI (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Domo) or Financial Planning (e.g. Hyperion, Vena)
