Responsibilities:
To be an independent contributor on the Project Management Office (PMO) Team within the Business Performance department. Combine analytical skills & thought leadership to not only drive individually assigned initiatives, but also identify new focus areas or gaps within Pattern’s current processes. In addition, Sr. Analyst will function as a trusted resource with full knowledge of all internal, PMO-related processes for Pattern employees.
- Facilitate & coordinate internal stakeholders to achieve project goals – tracking and driving scope, schedule, and budget management of projects. Communicate effectively and drive accountability within the project team.
- Connect concepts and draw data-driven conclusions to identify and propose solutions to mitigate risks to project goals. Understanding strategic impacts across teams.
- Create progress reports or project summary presentations for a broad spectrum of internal audiences – including unified reporting.
- Gather, evaluate, and summarize project work to maintain project information and files to support complete documentation. Organize project data and keep records of project information.
Qualifications:
Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of work experience in project or program management.
- Experience with managing software implementation projects – managing scope, sprints & schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with structuring & uses for online project management tools like Monday, Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira.
- Experience with organizing and leading meetings to achieve alignment to goals or address issues during project execution – collaborating with peers and/or subject matter experts.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with design & uses for data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in energy or large-scale construction projects, preferred.
- Familiarity with data analytics principles, SQL, statistics, working with large data sets, and data visualizations and reporting, preferred.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
The expected starting pay range for this role is $97,000 - $122,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
