About the Role Walmart is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Supply Chain Product to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge recommerce systems and tools. This role is critical in driving Walmart’s sustainability initiatives by optimizing our reverse logistics, resale platforms, and circular economy strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, tech-driven solutions that enhance the lifecycle of products through resale, refurbishment, recycling, and reuse channels. As a member of the Omni Supply Chain Product- E2E Quality Product Team, you will have a direct impact on transforming Walmart's supply chain, focusing on sustainability and innovation. Your role will help shape the future of how Walmart handles returned, overstocked, and refurbished products, driving both business value and environmental stewardship. This position will report to the Senior Director, Product Management and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is an onsite role; a full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote candidates at this time. What you’ll do… Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Walmart’s recommerce systems and tools, ensuring alignment with the company’s sustainability goals and supply chain operations. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch and optimization, for recommerce technology platforms. Collaborate with engineering, data science, supply chain, operations, and sustainability teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency of reverse logistics and circular commerce. Develop a deep understanding of Walmart’s supply chain and recommerce challenges, identifying opportunities for technological advancements to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous innovation within recommerce systems. Engage with key stakeholders including executive leadership, operations teams, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of recommerce products. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications... Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. Supervisory experience. Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
