Top Stack is hiring: Billing Analyst in Philadelphia

We are supporting a client in the Philadelphia area searching for a Billing Analyst to join their team! This opportunity is fully remote.

• Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts as it relates to billing activities
• Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and generated in a timely manner.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and refunds when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries related to charges/
• Maintain billing records and files for accurate tracking and reference.
• Provide regular reports on billing status, outstanding invoices, and collections.
• Review AR aging reports to monitor account details for necessary collection activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment terms, and discrepancies.
• Communicate proactively with customers to resolve any payment delays or issues.

• Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role in a finance department..
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
