Robert Half is hiring: Business Systems Analyst in Albuquerque

Robert Half is seeking a Business System Analyst position for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). 

The Business Analyst key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• EDI Analysis and Support: Analyze, design, document, and support EDI solutions and integrations with various trading partners.

• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for EDI transactions, ensuring they align with business needs and industry standards.

• Data Mapping and Transformation: Develop data mapping specifications for EDI transactions to facilitate seamless data transformation between systems.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues and provide timely support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in EDI workflows and recommend solutions.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for EDI processes, data mappings, and system configurations.

The successful BSA would have:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred

• 2+yrs as an IT BSA

• Healthcare Experience preferred

• Must be Detail Oriented

• Strong Communication Skills

• Experience with Requirements Gathering

• Strong research and analytics skills

• Intermediate Knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to write BRD (Business Requirements Document), FSD (Functional Specification Documents), Data Mapping Documents

• Comfortable with Visio

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of EDI X12 Compliance Standards

• SQL
