Business Analyst Job at H in Washington

• Work closely with dynamic stakeholder teams to define and document as-is business processes, critical performance metrics, and program/project control requirements
• Make recommendations for process improvements
• Translate documented requirements into system configurations, software business process workflows, and reporting metrics (workflows, data dictionaries, use cases, reports, dashboards, etc)
• Software development and systems implementation efforts to include:
• Design necessary data and systems integration requirements
• Work within client acquired software platforms to implement business solution
• Serve as a client representative when interacting with software vendors
• Design, document, and perform testing procedures for implemented solutions
• Develop User Acceptance test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
• Develop supporting documentation (user guides, job aids, training materials, etc)
• Develop and conduct stakeholder training
• Provide technical assistance and support for implemented solutions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Work closely with the IT team in completing projects

• Troubleshoot and fix any scope understanding issues relating to programs
• Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure
• Create documentation to facilitate client systems to meet objectives
• Document Test and develop Requirements traceability Matrix
• Create documentation for projects created
• Produce results effectively and within the deadlines set

Required Qualifications

• Over 6 years of experience as a Project coordinator with proven track record
• Demonstrated experience in Agile development methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to follow clear instructions according to client demands
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative ability to produce effective solutions to client problems
• Good team player that is enthusiastic about delivering results
