Rocket Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating from Amazon warehouses in Edison, NJ, and Middlesex, NJ. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer service-oriented delivery drivers to join our team.
Position Highlights
- No experience necessary: We provide 80+ hours of paid training.
- Promotional Opportunities: Be part of the only DSP at our Amazon delivery station with DOT trucks, paving the way for future CDL tractor-trailer driving.
- Work Schedule: Approximate hours are 10 AM to 8 PM, with shifts ranging from 8-10 hours per day, available 7 days a week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $22.75/hour, with the potential for discretionary performance-based bonuses.
- Overtime Pay: $34/hour during peak times (November-December).
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes vacation and sick time.

- Tuition Assistance: Up to $5,250 per year for eligible employees for college courses at accredited institutions.

Driver Requirements
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driver’s License: Valid, unexpired, non-probationary driver’s license required.
- Drug Test: Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift packages up to 60 lbs and navigate cargo vans frequently throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate delivery vehicles.
- Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
- Load and unload packages for delivery.
- Work effectively in varying weather conditions.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries.
