in return. YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As the Senior Vice President of Blue Collar Coffee, you are responsible for the overall strategy, growth and financial success of the company’s Coffee House portfolio and will also assist in evaluating future acquisitions and managing new property openings. This position is responsible for the overall financial results of each property, as well as the development and execution of strategies that support, strengthen, and grow the quality of customer service, efficiency, and profitability of each of our Coffee House assets. The position will also be responsible for overall property maintenance and corporate culture and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Oversee performance measurements to ensure that each property operates within approved budgets and is competitive in their respective comp sets. Participates in and integrates Living as a Leader concepts into all levels of management. Manage and coordinate various Business Development projects, including but not limited to planning, proformas, timelines, team coordination and synergies. Works closely with the Development Department to achieve company Business Development and growth goals. Guides Leaders through annual budgeting process and ensures financial responsibility and adherence to budgetary goals. Works with Executive Management and Department Head teams to strategize, brainstorm and implement company vision and strategy. Directs Leaders in revenue growth, market share performance and sales initiatives to achieve desired outcomes. Develop and train effective Leaders who embrace accountability for their property’s performance. Provide leadership oversight on special projects, transitions, and new property openings. Identify and enhance synergies between properties to maximize buying power, streamline operations and encourage communication between property General Managers Ensure that operating plans and budgets for each location are completed on a timely basis and each operations team is successfully implementing such plans for maximum performance. Design and implement monthly operating reviews of operating and financial performance to be presented to the COO. Develop a cost-effective approach to repair, maintenance, and construction services, ensuring the highest value-added services in these areas. Work with Hendricks Commercial Properties Facilities team to protect and maintain assets. Regularly travel to each property for property inspections, evaluation of customer service levels and overall performance Will perform such other duties, or assignments, as from time to time may be assigned by the Chairperson, President/CEO or COO. GHG24 Requirements WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED Education Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business Administration or equivalent of education and work experience Experience Minimum five years of Coffee House management experience; must include Senior Leadership experience. Minimum 3 years running and overseeing multiple units/concepts or businesses. Experience in analyzing financial reports and establishing operational budgets. Experience in a complex, fast paced environment. Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate course of action. Effectively convey ideas, vision, and goals to a diverse group of personalities. POS experience preferred. A demonstrated record of success in achieving financial, operational and customer service goals. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute. Technology/Equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S. Work Authorization (required).
