The Emergency Care (EC) Business along with the continuum of care has a broad product and services portfolio of data management solutions, advanced life support solutions, and automated external defibrillators. We are searching for a passionate Product Owner to join our Informatics team as we strengthen our cloud solutions portfolio, expand our services, and bring game-changing technologies to market. Your role: Collaborating with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine business and end-user needs of the software product Building, pruning, and maintaining the product backlog Prioritizing the iteration and defect backlog grooming Story definition, providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates, sprint loading, story sequencing, and drafting the team’s specific objectives for the Program Increment Coaching the team(s) on agile/scrum principles Working with engineering to decompose high-level features into user stories High-level testing experience of the product Quickly providing just-in-time decisions to system-level questions and defect triage Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints. You're the right fit if: Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner Demonstrated success designing or implementing SaaS products Experience working in an Agile and/or lean start-up environment A strong desire to produce and deliver excellent software that solves business problems Ability to facilitate and influence to drive decision-making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
